A cosy and wide studio situated at the end of the sea-dike in the dunes and near the forest of De Haan. The studio has a separate toilet , a bath room with bath, an installed kitchen and a wide living room with a splendid view on the forest and the dunes together with a big terrace headed to the south. LCD TV,DVD,Video,CD,Radio+Wireless internet are available. The consumption of electricity, water and central heating is included in the price.

Sleeping arrangement : 1 double bed + 1 double sofa bed

Small and well educated pets (max. 2) are allowed (pitbulls and American stafford's are forbidden)

Terms and conditions:

• The maximum number of persons allowed is 4.
• The studio is ideal for 2 people
• Bed sheeting is not included and should be provided by the tenant. (4 pillows and 2 (double)quilts are available).
• Cleaning is not included in the price and should be done by the tenant before departure. 
• It is a non-smoking studio
